Abstract
Energy dissipation in all industries, especially in the maternal industries, has always been a matter of fundamental importance and has always been sought to reduce it. For example, about 70 percent of the country’s energy losses are related to the low returns of power plants, and in particular thermal power plants, which need to increase the efficiency of these plants as a top priority for energy efficiency programs in the country. Considering the weighted average of fossil fuel consumption, power plants account for 30% of the total fossil fuel consumption (gas, gasoline and kiln), with the largest share of energy consumption among energy-consuming energy centers. On the other hand, these centers with the average returns of 37% have the highest amount of fossil fuels. 1. Introduction
Special equipment that secures a unit against a sudden increase in pressure is a safety valve 2.
Safety valves are used as a means of preventing sudden increase in pressure in engine rooms, factories, and in general types of industrial sites and for various types of fluids such as gas, steam, water or compressed air.
Pressure limitation in the outlet of applications is usually due to the pressure of the equipment, pipes and devices or products manufactured, as well as those related to the safety of persons, which is known as the safe operating pressure range 3 or SOPP. How to open the safety valves and their specifications are directly related to the design of the internal parts of the valve. In most cases, this design is done in such a way that after the safety valve has started to open due to the pressure increase caused by the action of the pop action, this action is intensified rapidly until the valve is fully opened. The figure below represents the function of a safety valve.
Safety gates carry out immunization operations by releasing some of the masses to the unit (or to the inside of the line). Pressure valves are installed in places where maximum working pressure is generated. In production systems, safety valves are installed to prevent boosting pressure on boilers.
Meanwhile, testing and adjusting these lions is very important. To this end, industrial units have been forced to dispose of the pipeline or equipment to which the safety valve is installed, so that it can be transmitted to the workshop in order to test and adjust the valve.

The safety of the machine is tested by internationally acclaimed centers and extremely hard conditions, repeatedly and without any danger to the system and individuals. This device is designed to withstand the safety of the valve immediately under any unexpected condition.
3. Building the device
This device, as shown in Fig. 1, consists of two vertical pivots, two horizontal pivots, a gearbox, a power sensor, a sound sensor, a lighter shaft shift sensor, a rechargeable battery, an industrial computer, and a The software is specially designed for data analysis and a series of coaxial cables. At the same time, it should be noted that because of the lack of power consumption, it can be used in places where there is a lack of current. In addition, due to lack of electric current, the device can be used in flammable and hazardous environments.
